I appreciate the "on the way" call so I did not have to wait around all day. I thought Kevin did a great job and it did not take a very long time. It was a great feeling knowing my old carpets were cleaner for my family.

Carpet looked great considering that it was a rental property, but associate that called me over phone seemed unprepared for the services rendered. He called me three separate times asking me to text him my billing (CC#) information to his work/cell phone. I asked him if he could write it down and then run my card back at the office and he informed me that he would but he had nothing to write with. So....someone from the office called me when he had finished cleaning the carpets and I gave him my credit card information. Great job on carpets, but stressful receiving all those phone calls while I was at work. I offered to give my information up front for services rendered, but they insisted on doing it there way.
