How quickly the cleaning was done and how professional Taylor was. Taylor was great-he gave us some extra booties since he heard we had inventory the next day to make sure our guys kept the floor clean. He also was very knowledgeable about the other services you offer for our residences and suggested what kind of schedule we should be on to keep our carpets looking great at the office. Our carpets look as close to brand new that we could ask for. Much cleaner than anything we expected. All the stains on my sofa and chairs came clean! It smelled so fresh.

The only negative would be the drying time. My stairs were wet for the rest of the day.
