Stains were removed to my satisfaction, although the $50 per room fee for the pre-treatment seemed a bit excessive, was more than the per room cleaning fee. Also, compared to other carpet cleaning services, the carpet was quite wet and required a long drying time. Our technician, Jock, was very courteous and conscientious. He worked diligently to clean the carpets to our quality standards.

Whatever you guys used on the carppet made it look 100% better. It made the house smell really fresh. The Zerorez employee that came to the house was very professional and did an outstanding job.

The results were true. Your solution cleaned certain areas on my rug that my 4 grandchildren
being grandchildren I just knew would never get clean. That carpet was clean.. I had Sears
twice, but the rug never looked clean even by him moving the furniture.

As in the past, everyone was polite and appointments were always keep as scheduled....which is appreciated. I had 2 rugs cleaned and I was told you would have them for 2 to 3 weeks. I have used you in the past and know that it takes time to clean and dry my rugs and I was not in a rush to get them back. At about 4 weeks I was wondering how it was going and called and was told that one rug was being processed again. At six weeks I was a little concerned but was confident that there was no problem. Well almost 7 weeks later my rugs were returned and WOW was the wait worth it. My round kitchen rug came out BEAUTIFUL. My large living room rough is GORGEOUS and SPOTLESS. Thank you so much for not giving up until it was clean. A special thanks to the person or persons who did all the work!
