The man that came to clean my carpet was very kind and considerate. He did a very thorough job and my carpet and the upholstery look like they did years ago - the pile of the carpet seems to have plumped up and the high traffic areas are not so noticeable. The upholstery is the same, and there is no stiffness like you get when you use regular cleaner using soap products. I am very glad we decided to try zerorez.

Felix had a rough time at my house. The power went out about an hour before he arrived. Though my husband called to let him know, he didn't realize that he would need one piece of equipment that required an electrical outlet in order to get out our pet stains. He waited patiently for the power to come back on, but after 30 minutes, he decided to get some lunch (it was lunch time). The moment he drove away, the power came back on and he happily turned around to do the job. I appreciate his patience and his hospitality.

He did a nice job on the carpet. It really looks good. The only concern I had was that I was quoted one special and paid that one and I saw a better one in the paper three days later.

They get our carpet clean without using soap and possibly leaving a residue.
