The carpet is much cleaner and looks good. Your workman was efficient as well as courteous. He worked extra hard on a bad coffee stain. All the stain did not come out, but was much less noticable after his work.

Great products, the cleaning solution and carpet barrier was what we needed! My wife and I used another company a year ago, they soaked our carpet and didn't remove the stains. The Zerorez technician professionally cleaned our carpets, he removed every stain, gave an overview for a pet stain and removed the stain and the urine smell. Our technician was courteous, professional, knowable and he (Chad) went above and beyond what was required to ensure my wife and I were completely satisfied.

That what you say is what it is. I was pretty unsure if whether you not you would be able to get our carpets clean but you did it and we are pleased!

Exceptional experience.... I had the pet treatments done and was not 100% satisfied. I was quickly called to set up a redo. The redo was done with complete and total professionalism with focus on my satisfaction. The redo worked and I am more than thrilled with the outcome. Will certainly use and again and recommend to all my friends.
