I've used different carpet cleaning companies over the years, and this is the best experience I've had yet! There were several pet stains on the carpets, and they not only did all of them come out, the carpets actually look better than when I first bought the house five years ago! Plus there was none of the chemical smell that some carpet cleaning services have. Awesome!

My carpets are much older and had very old stains and discoloring (even though I was told the carpets are in good condition). The carpets now look very fresh and revitalized; Jock was very efficient and thorough. I am more than pleased and satisfied. Thank you for your product and your service.
