Felix was very friendly with a service attitude. My carpet smelled with urine and my house was a wreck. Felix was very respectful and nonjudgemental. He worked hard, going above and beyond to help bring my house back to clean:)I also like that Zerorez promotes "green" thinking.

Felix was great, he took the time to explain everything he was doing. Its nice to have someone to come into your house that cares about his job, and takes pride in what he does. I appreciate everything Zerorez and Felix did for my family and my carpet.

I loved that the carpets did not come out so wet and were dry relatively quickly.
