We originally researched Zerorez on the recommendation of our realtor after the purchase of our new - to - us home. The plant based cleaners, quick drying time, and move in special (3 rooms + hallway) prompted me to call the Raleigh office when no availabilities were listed online in the few days following. Mario (from the Raleigh office) answered all of my many questions, provided an estimate, and was able to schedule an appointment for us the next day! Great customer service from the beginning! Sasha (again from the Raleigh office) took the time upon arrival to discuss our concerns, explain the cleaning process, and answer our last minute questions. Again, great customer service! Sasha took the time to clean each room thoroughly and often asked for our feedback regarding the look and smell of each room. The carpets are now completely sanitized and the cleaning was very well done! Sasha also provided feedback on how to maintain the carpet in our new home. Overall, we are very satisfied with Zerorez and will recommend the Raleigh office to others!

I was running late for my appointment, and Jock graciously waited for me. He was very friendly, courteous and he did an awesome job on our carpet! My carpet was completely dry within a couple of hours, and it was CLEAN!!!!! With five kids at home, each room had different stain issues, and your products did an awesome job of removing them!

I feel comfortable with the amount of chemicals that were used in my home (scotchguard). The technician (Peter Hicks) who cleaned our carpets came to our house at 5:30 due to a scheduling conflict (by Zerorez). He was very professional and thorough and did an awesome job. He was very informed about the products he used. He did a very thorough job even though he was working from 5:30-8 at night.
