There was no smell.

It was highly effective and the person doing the job was friendly, quick, and did a great job!

The carpets were clean without a crunchie feeling. Cleaners called as requested, arrived on time, were very curteous and friendly.

The product seemed excellant and the service was excellant.

The people were friendly, gave step by step explaination as to what was to be done, and asked if I had any questions. The work was done quickly & carefully. Before packing up equiptment the gentleman asked for me to check out his work to see if there were any problems & to verify that work was done to my satisfaction. Cards were given for me to call if there were any future questions or problems. Everyone was very helpful. I will contact this business again when I need cleaning.

Although the carpets were not clean the first time, zerorez came back and fixed things. The second time the carpets were much cleaner and the tech explained why stains were starting to appear.
