Although I am very pleased with the carpet technicians services, my carpets have never been cleaned by anyone else as well. His recommendations of permanent cleanable furnace filters were expensive but a good suggestion over time.
However I was disappointed that after leaving my home he seems to have poured hot water and or chemical residue on my landscaping and ruined a bush located right beside his van and between my neighbors and my driveway.... Very disappointed.

No soapy residue, no smell.
The work was done in a minimally invasive fashion, and completed on time. So far no carpet spots have reappeared. My area rugs have not been returned yet, but I was told that they could take up to two weeks.
Great service; friendly technichian; very clean carpets; dries quickly
I like the no chemical treatment and how great the carpet looks afterwards. I do think it is rather expensive though after adding the pet treatments and protector onto the "special". I have had my carpet cleaned twice in the last 3 months because I foster dogs. It's amazing how fast the add ons add on to the price. But always excellent, on time service technicians that do a great job!
The technician was profesional and knowledgeable. He was able to explain the process he was doing and why it works and gave great tips on how to protect carpet moving forward. Our technician took pride in his work and we will never do business with any other carpet cleaner.

On the most recent visit, Jock worked diligently on the problem areas on our 10 + year old carpets.... and my wife and I were both pleased with the end result of the Zero Rez cleaning.
The only thing I have a problem with ... and have had a problem with... is the "sell up" approach once the Zero Rez representative is on site. The inside sales team is obviously tasked with booking appointments... and then it's up to the team members to offer the additional services once they're in your home etc. When I booked the appointment, I only wanted the $135 "special" and I made it clear that I had a pet and wanted the "pre treatment" and was told that was included.
I wasn't going to argue with Jock... he did a great job.... and we both felt awkward. He did an excellent job! My problem is with the the leadership of the company and the up sell technique they use to suck a few extra bucks out of their clients... especially after leading me to believe that the "bodily fluid acid spray pre treatment" was part of the service.

Like the "no chemical" process. Drying time took a little longer than expected. Carpets look great.

Cleaner rugs and resonanle price
Time will tell how the cleaning holds up - right down they look good but I wonder if any of the spots will wick back up. It's been 15 hours and the carpet is still not thoroughly dried - perhaps it's because of the weather but I don't know which would help it dry quicker - turning on the heat or setting up fans. I did really like the serviceman - Jock was very polite, took great precautions to protect my home and did a wonderful job on the carpet.
