Like the fact that no chemicals are used & you have been able to get out bad stains - such as a grease stain that had been set for over 5 years & a terrible pet stain that was new.

The carpet really feels and smells clean. The technicians are polite and considerate. They do a great job.

I had already used another carpet cleaning service but decided to call Zerorez to see if they could do any better. Even though they couldn't work miracles and get every stain out of my light colored carpet, it looked much better. The technician was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and I liked that all the equipment stayed in his van and only the hose was needed in my house.

Person was on time for appt, did a nice job, very pleased customer, will recommend service to anyone. I have had carpets cleaned in the past by Carpet Dryclean company that uses some sort of powder that is sprinkled on the carpet and then vacuumed and was not satisfied with this service at all. It only masked the carpet for a short time period and then they were back the same dirty looking carpet before cleaning. So far, I am pleased with Zerorez and will use again.

The carpet is much cleaner and looks good. Your workman was efficient as well as courteous. He worked extra hard on a bad coffee stain. All the stain did not come out, but was much less noticable after his work.

Great products, the cleaning solution and carpet barrier was what we needed! My wife and I used another company a year ago, they soaked our carpet and didn't remove the stains. The Zerorez technician professionally cleaned our carpets, he removed every stain, gave an overview for a pet stain and removed the stain and the urine smell. Our technician was courteous, professional, knowable and he (Chad) went above and beyond what was required to ensure my wife and I were completely satisfied.
