No residue on the carpet. Carpets are amazingly clean and refreshed...even my old, worn carpets. I had a horrible coffee stain on my carpet which I was unable to remove myself, actually making it larger, and Sacha worked and worked on that stain. It is gone!!! I love the fact that you do not use chemicals.

It is a green process. Peter, our rep, has great customer service and was efficient. Explained everything to us in advance. It was a little pricey for what we had done, but we were happy with the result.
I wish there was a referal program or something where you could earn some points towards a discount or coupons were available.

My carpets look great and were not left soaking wet. My only issue is that because we had some pet stains the price went up considerably and I was not expecting that difference.

Your service technician was excellent - he was cordial, polite, professional and took great care with my Mother's carpet. He did an excellent job! Will recommend to others.

I like how the product did what I expected (which it produced a clean carpet for me with two younger children, who had made a mess all through my home as babies).
