Across the board, the service provided was excellent. The techs were knowledgeable, open and honest, and efficient. The result was beyond satisfactory. Our carpets are likely to be replaced before they need cleaning again, so I don't know when we'll need the service in the future. I will be recommending them to every last person I know.
