Very good customer service and quick cleaning

The service was described. The process got my carpet and sofa cleaner than I ever could with a steamer.

Service was fast, same day! The treatment got 99% of every stain out of our light colored carpets. (Even fruit juice stains!) As a mom of two toddlers, this was a serious blessing. I thought for sure I was going to have to replace my carpets. Not anymore!

Lastly the serviceman was very polite and thorough.

The carpet was not soaked in water and dryed quickly.

The Zerorez "process" worked great on my carpet and steps (cleaned areas I thought would
never be cleaned).

The technician (Justin) was extremly nice, cooperative and had good suggestions.

Every time I have my carpet cleaned it makes it look brand new again! Love that feeling!!
