My service technician--David Crawford--seemed to be very well informed. He took time to do a great job. He made sure that he did a little 'extra' in order for my carpet to be dry as quickly as possible (used a fan). I was appalled to discover just how much lint he removed from my dryer vent.

We were very inpressed with the professional service. The individual that provided this service was Jock, and he was very informative on the stainguard and was quick and efficent with the cleaning. He arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled, and went right to work. He completed 5 rooms, closets and hall within the 2 hours as estimated. We were very pleased with the results, and the carpets looked like new! We highly recommend Zerorez, and will use them again.
