I thought you did an ok job, but being that it was a move out inspection involved my land lord was not pleased! Overall I would recommend you still to family, friends and associates, but the spot staining detail has to be better as the carpet was clean but their were spotted areas that needed better attention, in which per the radio adds you are the best in removing spots and or stains.

Excellent job! Removed stains that other carpet cleaning vendors had failed to eliminate. Carpets were clean enough for our one year old grandson to crawl/walk safely! Technician was friendly and professional.

Zerorez was able to remove spots from the carpets that others weren't able to remove. That's the biggest plus for me.

safe,orderless, pet safe friendly, on time, polite and respectful service personal, "Justin", quick drying time,easy payment plan on his phone, only one thing that I found to be a problem, I use american express cards to collect milage rewards miles, and Zerorez is not accepting this card, they need to reconsider, everybody else seems to accept this card
