The service was EXCELLENT!! Peter, the technician that cleaned my carpet, was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained the process and answered all my questions. He was even able to remove stains that I thought were permanent. I have already started sharing my Zerorez experience with co-workers & family members. I will definitely be using your company in the future. My only regret is that I didn't have cash on hand to tip Peter.

zerorez is a very natural carpet cleaner since it uses very hot salt water and not soapy solutions or solutions that will make dirt get trapped in the carpet. The carpet cleaner rep was very professional and also very personal.He explained everything to us in detail and the costs. What I liked is that there were no hidden fees/cost.

They work!--you cleaned our carpets after another well known company had cleaned them and done a poor job. After you cleaned them, dirt and spots not cleaned up by the prior company were GONE.
