No residue on the carpet. Carpets are amazingly clean and refreshed...even my old, worn carpets. I had a horrible coffee stain on my carpet which I was unable to remove myself, actually making it larger, and Sacha worked and worked on that stain. It is gone!!! Just a fabulous representative of your company.
