Sacha Felex has been the BEST Zerorez technician to clean our carpets and we intend to ask for him again and again. From start to finish he took pride in his job and he explained everything about what he was doing and what we should expect. He was even able to remove a stain that a previous Zerorez technician attempted to clean before telling us it was a permanent stain. He also told us about the other services your company offers. We had no idea you are a one-stop shop for interior home maintenance. Would we recommend Zerorez to friends? Of course and without hesitation! I liked the way the technician Sacha Felix represented his company and product... He was very informative about his service and his product. Sacha pushed his product but in a way that didn't annoy and over reach his boundary. Sacha was so very polite and respectful of me my wife and my dogs. Was very impressed and will have Sacha back out to clean my truck seats and carpet in it as well as cleaning out my air vents in my house. It was very much a pleasure doing business with him and look forward to our future business ventures!!!
