I have never used this service before, I only used Stanley Steemer. I will NEVER use Stanley Steemer again. I had stains that went away and did not come back. With Stanley Steemer the stains went away and before the man left were present again. The man who came out was very informative and seemed like he knew and enjoyed his job. I was planning to replace my eight year old contractor grade carpet this year because it was stained and matted down. After Zerorez cleaned it, the stains came out (they didn't come out when cleaned by a different company) and the carpet is fluffy again. I can now get a little more life out of this carpet. I also appreciated the excellent communication confirming arrival times, etc. by phone and email.

Service was professional and he was ver timely. We had one area that he originally could not get the spot out of. He went back after doing other rooms and attempted one more time with a different product and was successful. Saved me from having to replace carpet to put the house on the market.
