First, the products used in cleaning our floor did not have an overpowering odor. The service technician, called to say he could come earlier than scheduled which was fine with me. He was courteous, professional, and worked with the other service contractors working in my home to get all their tasks completed without being in each others' way. Great customer service!

I love that it's extremely hot water and not soap that us cleaning my carpet . The pet cleaner was awesome and completely cleaned my dog's vomit. Sasha was very attentive, knowledgeable , and hard working.
