We have used Zerorez twice now for carpet cleaning. Both times the results were great and the service was top notch.
I have used several and I do mean several different local carpet cleaning companies prior to using Zerorez. HOWEVER....all I found was a wet, moved around the dirt looking carpets. I don't think I got what I paid for at all when it came to using other cleaning companies. That is NOT the case with Zerorez. My carpets AND my home smell so fresh and look amazing clean. It wasn't an easy, quick solution due to one aging dog making his toilet my carpet and the other dog, a very large dog who decided to "baptize" my living room carpet. Zerorez and PJ 100% cleaned and ELIMINATED the smell and urine. Thank you very much. I look forward to building a frequent trip out to my home with Zerorez.

I had to call last-second, as the company I had actually hired "lost" our appointment and then let us know they wouldn't be able to come out for 3 weeks. I called Zerorez and the tech was at my townhouse within a couple hours. He did a really great job AND he was super nice!
