I liked the way the technician Sacha Felix represented his company and product... He was very informative about his service and his product. Sacha pushed his product but in a way that didn't annoy and over reach his boundary. Sacha was so very polite and respectful of me my wife and my dogs. Was very impressed and will have Sacha back out to clean my truck seats and carpet in it as well as cleaning out my air vents in my house. It was very much a pleasure doing business with him and look forward to our future business ventures!!! One complaint is on the actual day of your service you advertised a special 3 rooms and 1 hallway for $99 deal. I am annoyed because this would have saved me $57 on my bill.
