So far ice used you guys twice & both times I was very satisfied. This time my carpets weren't nearly as dirty but both times they were left looking brand new. I love that the carpets are barely wet when they leave. My stocks never got wet cutting through to my kitchen. I know my kids are safe to pay & not be harmed.

I am not sure of the products used; however I was told that your company does not use a lot of chemicals to clean the carpet and that was a great sale for me. My technician was great; he did a wonderful job, he was courteous and very professional. Very professional, on time, cleaning without chemicals. Our service technician was thorough and explained all the steps, and even took our area run back with him for the special treatment it needs.

The gentlemen was very friendly. He explained what he was going to do before he even started. With 4 boys running around my stairs looked a mess and I was afraid i was going to need new carpet. I like the fact of how quick it took and the carpets being dry almost right away. The down side is the cost is always double from the Radio advertisement due to having to add pet treatment and protectant upsale. Carpets look great!!
