the carpet was beyond our expectations, the tile and tub were far less than what we had expected, after the cleaning (which was rather expensive) there was still a significant amt of black mildew on the tile below the soap dispenser

The cleaning was excellent; however, the communication was not concerning the arrival time. Jeremy was very pleasant on the phone but there was a disconnect between the office and the field communications.
My carpet looks fantastic and I love the fresh scent. The technician, Kevin, was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He had answers to every question that I asked and definitely knew what he was doing. My carpets are almost 15 years old and it brought them back to new. I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone that I know and I already have.
