The service from the individuals that came to our home was exceptional. They were professional, polite, friendly, understanding, respectful, and explained the products and services very well. The products were great as well. Especially that they were natural and no harsh chemicals were used.

I thought the job was well-done and Zerorez was quick to come out for my service. The serviceman (Jock) was polite and helpful and showed up within the time window that I was given.

The technicians were awesome to work with. Customer service is top notch. Could not be happier with the outcome of the cleaning.

The entire Zerorez experience was polite friendly and professional. The representative did an outstanding job. Sasha(his name is misspelled) told me what he was going to do, discussed carpeting issued he observed and then did a better than expected job. HE then took the time to share the waste that came from the cleaning of the carpet.

I have had my carpet "cleaned" by various companies and I have to say that Zerorez is absolutely the BEST! My carpet is 20 years old and is light beige in color, Sacha, the technician was amazed at how good the carpet looked. Sacha, was AWESOME!!!! He was very knowledgable of the products he used as well as carpet information. He was very professional and pleasant. My carpet looks AWESOME!!! I have contacted four other individuals and recommended Zerorez!

Professional and friendly service and did a great job with my carpet!!

Our representative was friendly and professional.
We were absolutely amazed at how clean our carpets looked after 7 years of foot traffic and animal accidents.
The carpets dried very quickly even though it was not a particularly warm day.
We will definitely have Zerorez back to do our basement carpets and kitchen tile floor.
