we were very happy with adam-- he called on the way to our house, was prompt and did a very good job-- our house and carpet smell fresher and feel cleaner and we would absolutely, and in fact all ready have, given out his card and our recommendation to some friends -- i usually do not care for upsale stuff-- but adam asked we were familiar with scotch guard and would we be interested in adding that-- it was a good suggestion, with no pressure, and we did add on-- also, i do not care much for how did we do emails-- but i filled this one out because the service and product are very worthy-- thanks--dv
