I have had my carpet "cleaned" by various companies and I have to say that Zerorez is absolutely the BEST! My carpet is 20 years old and is light beige in color, Sacha, the technician was amazed at how good the carpet looked. Sacha, was AWESOME!!!! He was very knowledgable of the products he used as well as carpet information. He was very professional and pleasant. My carpet looks AWESOME!!! Our representative was friendly and professional.
We were absolutely amazed at how clean our carpets looked after 7 years of foot traffic and animal accidents.
The carpets dried very quickly even though it was not a particularly warm day.
We will definitely have Zerorez back to do our basement carpets and kitchen tile floor.

It doesn't happen often that I find a service that does a better job than I think I could do myself, but that's just what Zerorez did. I was extremely impressed with the quality of work, the quickness it was handled, and the knowledge of your technician.

This is the cleanest our carpets have ever been and David was fantastic! Only recommendation is to make sure all hardwoods are covered as the solution left spots on the wood.

Cleaning without detergents and thus without residue is just better - and no residue means slower buildup of dirt and spots that will happen again. My area rugs came back perfectly clean and looking like new.

The product, love how clean my carpet looks and smells. As for the service, Sasha was a walking advertisement. He completely explained the product that put me and my husband at ease as this was the first time we have had our carpets professionally cleaned. Sasha was very informative about the product. He was very committed to his job making sure that we were pleased. As promised, we will be calling back in 8 months for another carpet service.
