The service was great, the rep. was professional,however I had a high traffic area that didn't come clean, Also he wasn't able to get my grout clean. I do love the service, and have already refered another customer to your service,in Sanford the Monday before my carpet was cleaned,and will continue to use your service. I have never used this service before, I only used Stanley Steemer. I will NEVER use Stanley Steemer again. I had stains that went away and did not come back. With Stanley Steemer the stains went away and before the man left were present again. The man who came out was very informative and seemed like he knew and enjoyed his job. He took his time and ansewred all our questions. I will be using Zerorez again and will let family and freinds know how great our experience was. Thank you Zerorez and a big thanks to Josh!
