Sacha gave me a detailed review and explanation of the services I was to receive before they were performed and offered options with no pressure along with other services options I was not aware of that I may choose to purchase at a later date. I was able to see the cleaning as it was taking place in order to see the diffence the cleaning made in my carpets and great care was given to my furniture and carpet. Both Sacha and Kevin were prompt, curteous and completed the work in a timely manner. I would definitely choose to use Zerorez again based on this service.

I was very impressed and grateful that your customer service rep (Jeremy) was willing to accommodate me even though I do not necessarily live in your exact district. I was slightly out of the way but he did a great job on figuring a way to work me in the service area.
The service technician (Adam) was friendly, respectful, and provided me answers to my questions concerning additional cleanings, products, etc. He was very respectful of my time and needs in cleaning my home.
However, I do think that more time could have been spent on the carpets in the areas where there was more evidence of wear and dirt. I do think that if more time had been spent here, those areas of the carpet may have looked better once the carpet dried.
