sacha, the tech was awesome. he was so friendly and explained all the processes. i was blown away by the results on our carpet, but almost passed out cold in excitement over the change in our kitchen tile. it was like getting a new tile floor installed. we were gonna gut the tile and install something else because after hand scrubbing for years, it alwasy looked awful. i tried every cleaner and every tool and machine. i will NEVER use anything or anyone other than Zerorez again. awesome!!!!!!!!

The worker Landon was extremely conscientious. I like that the carpet looks great and stains gone. Only down side to the experience is that he parked on the grass HE ASKED AND RECEIVED MY PERMISSION. Funny that I told him " yes u can park in the grass if you don't get stuck". Famous last words. However when he started to leave his van got stuck A tow truck came to pull the van out of the yard. This caused ruts in the ground that the zerorez worker assured me would be fixed by zero Rez company. I have not received a call about getting this fixed yet. I learned a valuable lesson. Do not allow workers to park in my yard after rain has come. I really would appreciate someone calling to get the ruts in the yard leveled out. I LOVE ZEROREZ AND AM HAPPY WITH MY CLEAN CARPET

Thank you to the guy that fixed my ugly old carpets! He was on time and very professional. He explained the process which took less than 2 hours to clean my carpets. Once he was finished my carpets where blue again! They were grey and brown before. My carpets were so fluffy afterwards and now I do not mind my one year old son playing on the floor.
