WOW!!! My wife called me at the office and told me how happy she was with the carpets after Kevin left and that I would be "shocked"! This was particularly encouraging to hear since MY dirty shoes/boots over 8 years have been the contributing culprits in the first place! Well she was right! And I can't tell you how much we appreciated the prompt efficient and courteous manner Zerorez got our upstairs carpet ready for our grandchildren's arrival in just one day. I was such a good feeling watching them go up and down the stairs and playing on the floor in a room we thought we might have to have off limits. It will truly help us enjoy our time with them over the holidays.

I like the quality of the cleaning. I also like the timeliness and professionalism of the technician. This is the second time that I have used Zerorez. My only complaint is that there was one spot indicated to the technician that did not appear to have been cleaned properly, even though it was pointed out to the technician when he arrived. This would not stop me from using Zerorez in the future but I don't think my cleaning experience was as good as last year.

The carpets came out MOSTLY clean; one urine stain from our dog didn't come out completely; I will be calling back to see if they could go over it again b/c I spent a LOT of money the other day getting the carpets cleaned. Thanks.

The service technician was very professional, polite and hard working. He listened to my requests, concerns and preferences and tried to accommodate all. His work was thorough and complete. I was impressed by what he was able to get out of our carpet. Not everything, but probably 95% of the stains we have. Those that he could not get out,...were ones that had been worked on by other services and they too were unable to get them up.

The products did not interfere with my allergies and my carpet was dry the next day possible in 5 to 6 hours. I was very pleased with the products.

Cleaned very well and looks great. No bad or strong smell after cleaning.

Cleans carpet without leaving a soap residue on it. Seems to stay clean longer. Have great people that take pride in doing there job.

Our carpet was left looking very clean and refreshed after having the appearance of being matted before the cleaning. And though the "very permanant" Orange marker that my two year old triplet daughters wrote all over my stairs wasn't completely taken out, it was significantly lightened. I'm hoping with more treatments it will eventually lighten even more so that it's barely visable to the eye.

We also had our Kitchen tile cleaned. Though we were not the home owners that placed the 12x12 pure white tile with white grout, I'm sure you can imagine that the white grout wasn't white anymore after 4 kids and a dog. The white had in fact turned black and we couldn't get it clean at all. I had spent a whole day steam cleaning our small hallway off of the kitchen to get it clean again which is only about 10 sq. ft. In about 45 minutes our service tech Dave had our entire kitchen (approx 192 sq. ft.) and small hallway looking brand new! Totally worth every penny!

I really like the fact that you use water rather than harsh chemicals. Nobody ends up breathing fumes-- not your employees or your customers.

The cleaning is quick and dries quickly as well. The 2 gentlemen who have cleaned for me were very polite and professional and were careful around my things. Also, the people who set the appointments are great as well. Thank you.

The young man that came to clean the carpets was very professional. He was very knowledgeable. He was very courteous and polite. The carpets look AWESOME! It was dry in about 2.5 hours. I am VERY SATISFIED AND IT WAS WELL WORTH THE COST!
