First of all, we were very impressed with Jock. He is professional and personable. When he arrived, I requested a few minutes to attend to something and he was agreeable and considerate of my request. Our carpet is clean and does not have that "slick" feeling it has when a sudsy liquid is used in the cleaning process. This is our first time using Zerorez and we are very pleased. I heard about your company via an area radio ad and I am glad I called!
