The two men who came to do the work were very knowledgable about the process and very polite and also explained everything and were not pushie on any services. I am extremely pleased with the results. I do have a larger area rug which was taken to be cleaned and I am anxious to see the results of this rug. Like that there was not strong chemical smell and that it was a thorough deep cleaning.
Also the technicians were very prompt and courteous.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the process went and how great the procedure worked. There were rust spots from tacks on the bottom of a chair's legs, which had not come out in other cleanings, but those are now almost invisible...I never thought that would be possible.

The technicians were very courteous and willing to answer questions before they started.

All-in-all, it was a very good experience.

It left the carpet wet and we couldn't walk on it for 4-6 hours, but the carpet looked almost new. One spot in the dining room where the Christmas Tree apron was red is still a little tainted, but only we know where it is. All in all the service person, did a great job, and we are happy with the results. Thank you.

Honestly I was amazed at the convenience of the service and quality of the cleaning. I was skeptical that our light colored and VERY soiled carpet could be salvaged, but your service/product gave me almost like new carpets in about 2 hours. I can't get over it! In a household with pets and small children, dirty carpets are just a fact of life, ZeroRez is a pleasant solution to our carpet problems and I will certainly be adding the service into my budget at least yearly to keep my carpets looking their best! Our technicians also made the experience painless with their courteous, professional, & friendly attitudes! Thank you!
