There is one area by a door going to a deck that is not as clean as I expected but overall, I would recommend Zerorez to others.

The gentleman who served us was very friendly and helpful. I think his name was Peter. We'd just lost our dog to cancer and Peter was genuinely sorry for our loss. His work was impeccable and his personality was warm, yet professional.

You do what your advertisments promise. We've used another company in the past, one that does a major national advertising program...they didn't come close to cleaning our carpets the way Zerorez did. My sister came by a couple of days later and was remarking on how clean the carpet looked and that she needed to give your company a call.

The carpet came out very clean, the stains were no longer visible at all. The service provider, Justin, was friendly and well dressed and groomed.

I was amazed as how fast the stains were removed. Job well done and the service man was very polite. Will ask you guys to come back when next time I need carpets cleaned.

I like the fact that the carpet dries quickly and that the products used are all natural. The machine used is not annoyingly loud which is a lot easier on the ears.

Great product, my carpet is like new every time I have it cleaned. Quick drying time and technicians are wonderful.

Taylor Britt was the technician and he was awesome! He was very friendly and explained all of my options very cleary without making me feel like he was pushing products. He was honest about the likelihood that a couple of spots would not be 100% removed without doing extractions. I truly appreciated his honesty. The carpets looked great and the two spots he said wouldn't come all the way did come out about 99%. I am very pleased with the job and the customer service. Everything from scheduling to completion was flawless! I will definitely recommend Zerorez and will definitely call again for future jobs.
