I love the pet stain pre~treat, it seem to work better than I had exspected.
One thing I am concerned about is that the drying time was surpose to be 4 to 6 hours and our carpet was still damp the next morning and into the mid morning time. The cleaning was finished by 1:30. This means our carpet stayed damp way to long and concerned for rotting and mold. I would appreciated your comment on this, Thank You, Janet Last name removed
My carpet was in very very bad shape and I am so very surprised at the way they turned out. The products and service are top rate. The tech that came to my house was named Peter and he was very professional and he knew what he was doing and was just very nice you should keep him... We were extremely impressed with how professional & kind both of the men who came to our home to pick up our carpet were. They were very knowledgeable about the carpet & took their time in explaining the cleaning process to us. We would highly recommend this company to our friends & family.
