Mario was my technician and I was going to write a personal letter to commend his work. He had a very pleasant personality and was knowledgable about the Zerorez product. I have had Zerorez out once before but Mario did an excellent job cleaning areas of my carpet that had NEVER responded to treatments. He explained to me the new technique used to treat heavily soiled spots and I agreed to do one spot and if it actually stays clean and does not wick, I will have my entire upstairs cleaned. He was excellent!!

This is the fifth time I've had Zerorez clean my carpets. With an active family and 4 cats, 2 dogs, I like to have Zerorez come in the spring and in the fall. Wow! Zerorez exceeded my expectations! The service was fast, professional, and got stains out of my carpet that I thought would be there forever! This all at a much better price than I anticipated as well. The only drawback is that it took a week for me to get on the schedule, but that is probably because I wanted to be there to watch my carpets cleaned. So they were very nice to work around my schedule, and were in and out in no time! They also have up-to-date technology, billing me out on my credit card with a hand-held device. Very happy customer here! I will definitely be calling them again.

I Like the fact that when I e-mailed your company about a concern I had about my cvarpet cleaning I received a quick reply! You came back and took care of the problem and my carpet looks great! I didn't like the fact I had to pay extra for the deoderizor because I felt that it shouldn't have smelled in the first place but..... Its all better now and thats what counts! You did a great job on my carpets - took a lot of time to get it right instead of rushing through. I love scheduling online plus I got confirmation by phone and updates on what time the representative would be arriving that morning.

The carpet was noticeably cleaner. And, unlike Stanley Steemer, the carpet was dry in less than 18 hours, and all stains are gone. Very happy with the results.

The products and services are fantastic. The chemicals that you use in cleaning are marvelous. The technicians posesses a professional attitude in cleaning services and is patient when asking questions. After cleaning there is present of a fresh scent,no mildew,mold, or sour smell.
