First off I loved Peter. The dude was honest, polite, very friendly and will be welcomed again in my house. They did an incredible job. In fact they showed me the difference during the job. When I asked about my couch he shared with my some tips and tricks and offered to do my couch for half off. First off, wow, secondly, wow to the couch and the difference it made. When we talked about how often I should get it cleaned, I feel like he was very honest about and told me it's my choice but he recommended to me that once every 6 to 12 months is the best! This was our second time with your service, but with guys like Peter, it will not be our last!

You use your own water, the technician was very thorough and courteous. He seems very knowledgable about carpets. He was dress appropriate and was very well spoken! The services I received we great and I will use Zerorez again!
