Quick drying and rugs look great
It works!! Very dirty carpet area from my mom's wheelchair. Why do they make those wheels in black anyway? Very surprised at how clean the rug got.

The Tech named Chad was very personable, professional he got my whole house with white carpet looking Fantastic!! Even the high traffic areas I considered hopeless. Thank you for making my carpet look great the drying time was minimal, and the job was done in less time than I anticipated, All Around Great Job!!

the technicians are always so friendly and very professional. I have been a customer for serveral years now and my carpets look great. I especially like the treatment that I have them do that creates a barrier for stains.
Courteous, knowledgeable technicians, no residue and the dirt is actually extracted. Only thing I don't like is that the carpet stays damp for too long - usually longer than 24 hours.

I like that there are no harsh chemicals in your product. I like the fact that my carpets are not so wet when you leave they mildew before and leave an odor before they have time to dry. It drys quickly. I like that your technicians have always been on time and they call before they come.
The tech. Chad was very nice and accomodating and made sure he consintrated on the spots to get them out. Best part my carpet ws not real wet when he was finished. I was very satisfied.

Zerorez did a great job on the white carpets in the townhouse we had been renting! They looked new after the cleaning and the techs were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone who needs carpet cleaning! I will certainly use them again and they even got out stains I had tried to get rid of on my own. Job Well Done!
Liked that the carpet felt good under my bare feet; traffic pattern and spots on stairs came up, and doesn't seem as prone to future spots as often does with other type rug cleaning
