W liked the ease of scheduling an appointment online. Your technician, David, was prompt (he notified us that he would arrive in 5 mins), courteous and knowledgeable about the service. Was sure we were happy and didn't have any concerns before he left. Cleaned up after himself and left everything in excellent condition. The carpets are very clean, soft to walk on and like the fact that the cleaning product is non-toxic. This is not the first time we scheduled your service, we are and have been customers for awhile and would highly recommend your services.

I’ve used you're services in Utah and had amazing experiences. Frankly, the technician was not as friendly and professional as the ones I had in Utah and I didn’t see nearly as much of a difference in the cleaning as I have in the past. The tile floors look no different at all. The edges and corners, where they were the most dirty are still just as dirty. I saw some improvement in the carpet and upholstery but not like I have with my other zerorez experiences.
And I can’t prove anything at all but I’m missing a Diamond ring and the only person in my room other than my fiancée and I was your technician. All I know is it was there on my dresser in a jewelers box and now the box is there and the ring is not! I have looked high and low for it but it has been missing since the day he came.
The technician was very helpful and friendly and did a great job cleaning our bathrooms, shower and couches.
I don't like when you get a quote but then the service person tries to sell stuff which literally doubled the cost.

Our carpet looks great and the smell was so good during the process, three bees came into our home! They didn't stay, of course, as they were promptly ushered outside.
We have used your service many times over the years and have been pretty satisficed. We absolutely love how our carpets came out this last time. Twice we had to have the tech redo our carpets because of stains not cleaned but the tech this cleaning did a phenomenal job.
