Great service at a fair price!
I appreciate that your company is clean, fast, effective. What I didn't like is that the technician sprayed the bottom 6 inches of my drapes during my before he ran the vacuum. I could have easily moved the drapes if he asked!

Jason did a wonderful job at making sure all the details were taken care of.
They were able to get my couches so clean! They were almost unrecognizable before Zerorez came. Now they look like couches instead of giant cushions convered in stains! They definitely went the extra mile!

Carpets look great, and clean!
The carpet is clean and it was dry within the 4 to 6 hour window. With other carpet cleaners sometimes it’s been 24 hours before the carpet was dry.

The carpets were still too wet to put the furniture back in place after nearly 24 hours. And one of the reasons I chose Zerorez was because it is advertised to dry in 4-8 hours. Not happy!
Our 20+ year old carpet looks amazing! We have dogs and the carpet looks and smells new! The tech took his time and was very nice. Good experience.
