The technition was awesome and did a great job
Carpets look great
Portions of what they cleaned (after it dried) was fine. Other areas are splotchy and some were never touched . It has been suggested, by 4 people, that I should call and report my issues to you folks. I was quoted a cost of approximately $250, but one guy in charge said it would be over $400 which I paid. Considering the cost, I should be happy with how it looks. I had company coming so was busy preparing for their visit and not available to speak with you since it dried. As it stands now, I would not recommend your company.

Like the fact that there isn’t that “soapy” feel after the carpet dries. Doesn’t seem to collect dirt as fast in the high traffic areas as when others have cleaned my carpet.

Our carpets in two of the rooms were damp until the following day. The tech thought they would be dry in a couple of hours. Not sure why?
I really would recommend the services I got from the men who cleaned my carpet in 3 rooms. They were awesome guys who went about professionally, friendly and as courteos as can be.
