Friendly service, and my carpets are clean.
Service is always prompt and courteous. Impressed with Chris who just cleaned two white chairs for me. They look like new again!
The Zerorez team were fantastic from finish to end. From my first phone call to schedule an appointment (I had a friend who referred you to me), to the work that the very professional young men who came to do the work did.
The results exceeded my expectations which is the very best thing that can happen! I believe we have all grown to expect less than what is promised, which made the job that Zerorez did for me all the better. I give an A+!

I was a loyal customer to another carpet cleaning company but when my rental property carpet was what i thought was destroyed, I tried your company out. The cleaning was done October of 2020 by Trey. The carpet cleaning was amazing. I have before and after pictures. So I thought I'd have the carpet in my home cleaned which had no major stains or damage. The technician cleaned all 6 rooms in like 40 minutes. I asked about the traffic area he stated that the carpet was old. I was not pleased. I called your office and got a reschedule with a Sr Technician and to my surprise the same technician returned with the same story. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with Zerorez.

My day off is Thursday apparently the next Thursday they have available is mid December

I can't place furniture back in until Zerorez come back out on the November 26, 2021
How clean and new looking the carpets looked after they were cleaned.
Edges of area rug are very dirty. Tech must have pushed dirt from center to edges. I’d like a refund on my area rug cleaning

Guy was on time, actually early, great communication. New house we moved into smelled musty like it was a bad carpet clean that did not dry well before. Smell is gone now. I left house open to technician and everything ness done perfect. Actual price matched online quote, probably because I was accurate in my representation of the job.

The process was very efficient. I like the the idea that Zerorez is all self contained not like other cleaning services that requires your power and your water to complete. The service techs where on time, very professional and very accommodating if I asked a question on the process or the equipment being used. I would highly recommend them for any future cleaning job.
This was the fourth carpet cleaning Zerorez has done at this house. You should know exactly what is needed. After arriving, the technician tried to increase the quoted cost by over $50. We finally ended up paying $5 more than quoted. Since the carpet cleaning took less than one hour the originally quoted cost would have been almost reasonable. I think I was generous with a score of 4.
This was our first time using Zerorez. It was easy to schedule an appointment online that worked with our schedule. Our technician Trayvon was fabulous and he did an excellent job on our carpets and tile. He was available to come earlier than our scheduled time and completed sooner than we expected without sacrificing service. The floors dried very quickly without a harsh chemical smell. We will recommend Zerorez!

Job well done, again. Had our tile cleaned this appointment. We are original homeowners and the family room tile is 28 years old. I did not expect it to look brand new, that would be unrealistic, but I am very pleased with the results. The grout looks great and the entire floor looks sparkle clean.
Technician was awesome and professional. I highly recommend him. 24 hours after my cleaning, I still have areas that are still dirty and they are not high traffic areas. I kept hearing about Zerorez on the radio and how great they are about getting dirt and stains removed. My carpet looks much better but there are a few areas that are still dirty. I may have needed special treatment on those areas.
