This was my second time using Zerorez and once again I was very pleased with the ease of getting a price quote, the scheduling and also the results. I had to reschedule my initial appointment and you were very accommodating. I like that you give a specific time-line two days ahead of the scheduled appointment rather than being caught off guard on short notice the day of service. Justin, the technician, was prompt, friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions and addressed my specific concerns. Although it had been two years, the carpets and area rugs came out looking great, even my "trouble" spots. I like the Zerorez technique that leaves the carpets looking fresh and clean and not sopping wet. The short drying time is hugely helpful in getting my house pulled back together.
Always on time, and you get the job done. The young man was very nice and explained when stains couldn’t come out, and why.

I expected to pay @ $200 and was charged $374. I could have cleaned my floors better. The technician left water pudding on the floor. Got my brand new carpet wet and water on the brand new tiled bedroom floor. I felt this was way over priced and I'm completely disappointed that the sealent was applied by a spray can. I wish I could have bypassed this experience! I could have and should have done this myself!
Start by honoring your online pricing when scheduling. If you don't trust your customers then don't offer pricing online. Start a role on your team to allow a rep to come out and verify the cost!! Or just plain out honor online pricing!!
The dog smell is entirely gone, carpets look amazing, and Jordan was incredibly kind and precise. I have a very chatty, VERY chatty husband and Jordan had no issues multitasking with both cleaning and keeping up with my husbands conversations. I have now recommended your company and Jordan to a few friends of mine!

Our technician was prompt, friendly, and efficient. Price was reasonable and carpets came out very well.
I've been a customer for years now. I love this company because my carpets look terrific when they are finished and stay that way for quite a while. The people who clean are professional and likeable. A big plus. The only negative I have is that Zerorez does not offer a senior discount on cost. We are in our mid 70s on social security. There must be a lot others like us out there. So please consider the many seniors out there who pass you by because they can't pay your costs.
And yes, I tell everyone I can that I prefer Zerorez over all others for the overall experience.

Jordan did a great job cleaning my very dirty carpets. All the dark spots came out.
First: I requested the services of Harold J whom we'd used 11/11/2020. He did an excellent job, was quite courteous, polite and more. I was told he is still employed by your company, you'd check to find out when he'd be able to do the job at my house, we agreed on the date you said Harold would be available, but you sent someone else who did a very poor job in the den but a fair job in the bedroom and the rugs. A very nice young man but not yet well trained.
We also have a rental and on August 19, 2021, I again requested Harold. You said you'd send him as he was available, but two came instead, and neither one was Harold. They, however, did an excellent job.
I'm very sorry, but I'll not use your company again.

Does a better job than other carpet cleaners
We had out tile cleaned and sealed, carpet, rugs and couch cleaned. They did a great job! Tile and carpet look amazing! Very professional and polite. We have used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future.
Tim and his partner did an outstanding job. My sofa looks like new and my rug no longer has an odor. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.
The gentleman that came was great. Very kind. I am disappointed in the results. I had dining chairs done and didn't notice much difference. Some areas of the carpet I expected better results as well.
