The technician was extremely professional and explained the whole process to me upon arrival. After he was done with my second floor he asked me to look at it to see if I was satisfied. All around a great experience.

First of all, they arrived at the BEGINNING of the time window! Then, it only took about an hour to clean three rooms. The carpets look great, and they’re soft with no crunchiness. Tyler was friendly, professional, and personable. Great job, Zerorez!
