No residue left, the carpet was clean and the soiled spot were gone zerorez did a great job thanks.
Our technician was professional, thorough and very pleasant. It was completely refreshing to have someone that not only matched but exceeded expectations. Nowadays the bar has become so low on customer service however our experience with this technician has renewed our faith.

First. Of all, you didn’t tell us that we had to pay a $35. Charge for you to to a little ways to another trailer....like across the street! Second, you quoted us a total of $199. For cleaning 4 vtrailer Az rooms. Most of them 12foot x 18 foot! The bill was OVER $500 total! What a ripoff! We will NEVER have you guys clean AGAIN!

I love that our carpets always feel clean and new when you guys come. Your technicians are also great, always in a good mood and delivering great customer service! I’ve never had a bad experience with a technician, not in Tucson and not now in Surprise either.
The technician was amazing and on time, he was also very knowledgeable about the cleaning and sealing process. In addition, he was very thorough in his work product.
The floor still has a lot of yellow staining. Once dried it formed a ring. I don’t know if it needs another carpet clean or what.
On time. Cleaner very pleasant. Everything left very clean. Rug stayed damp for about 11 hours. Small strip rugs longer and had to hang them over chairs to dry on both sides.( rubber like backing) Rug looks great and bright. Thought it would feel softer, but will probably after sweeping first time.
Professional. Spencer did a very nice job cleaning my rug and upholstery. They look new. I have been using zerorez fir years and will continue to do so

The tile floors were fine and service tech was fine. The one area rug was also fine.
The room carpets once dry and vacuumed did not look any better than before the cleaning. The same spot in the master bedroom that was stiff was still stiff after the cleaning. This was obvious the first time it was vacummed after the cleaning. Not one single dirt tracking area looked improved after the cleaning. So basically anything carpet was a bust. As for the tile floors, yes, it did look and feel fine and the grout was improved, but I'm not sure clean tile floors makes up for a complete carpet fail. Tile is tile, any tile
company is going to be able to get that clean, since it is a hard surface. The test is in the carpet. FYI, there were no actual spill type stains in the carpet. It was all just traffic grime that should have come out fairly well with a good cleaning.
There seemed to be some problem with communication with the technician. He never really spoke to us and never asked us if there were any problem areas or if we were interested in having protection solution on the carpet. This time I was a bit disappointed because I was seeing dust balls fall off his equipment, which I thought he would clean up but didn't. At one point I thought a lot of water had fallen on a spot on the carpet and never taken up, but the next day determined that it was a stain that had been brought up during the cleaning....so had to do a hand clean job. The technician never saw or asked about it.
We left town the next day and were away for a week. When we arrived home I wasn't sure if the crunchy carpet was because of the cleaning or because I needed to vacuum. Since we have gone over every bit of the carpet with the vacuum and it is now better
This is the third time I have had my carpets cleaned by Zero Res and have always been happy with the what was done. The technician this time was a young man and maybe he just didn't know better.
Good, fast, efficient and very courteous. Did a wonder job as always. Would highly recommend to anyone.
We had high-quality carpeting installed four years ago and the installation company told us two things. First, we need to have our carpet cleaned at least every two years to properly maintain the warranty. Second, we could use any carpet cleaning company but they recommended Zerorez for several reasons. This is the second time we have had Zerorez clean our carpets and we have been more than pleased both times. We love the process and the results and the technicians have been professional and friendly. This last time, Evan and Sonny did the job and they did it well. As an added bonus, the price was more than reasonable. We shopped it and found nothing better. We are pleased.

My family room carpet now looks streaked. The rest of the rooms look good
The carpet cleaning was fine. However, the technician was not as careful as the technician who cleaned our carpet in 2020.
This year, the tech did not use the corner protectors (and 2 corners got bad black marks) and scuffed up the baseboards. That meant more cleaning for me after he departed!
The tech we had in 2020 was excellent. This year was average.
