After the technicians left, I had to clean my flooring as a filmy substance was on them. I was not expecting that. Overall, the techs were professional and did a good job. I would your company.
I like that my carpet feels clean and dries soft and not “crunchy” like when chemicals are used
1) Pretty surprised the poor tech had to bend down with spray can to apply grout sealer. Aren’t there wands to apply such things and reduce the labor yet alone speed up action?
2) There was a pretty strong chemical smell for over an hour even though ceiling fans and floor fans on. Maybe it was from the sealer not the carpet chemsJust a comment.
3) A little disappointed that the carpet and tile grout was not as clean as prior appointments. I’m willing to chalk it up to 2 more years of grime.
4) The techs were polite and respectful; no negative there.
The 8 was really due to not sure if the cleaning could be better. Over all everything satisfactory.
Robert was great! He took a lot of time in the shower to take care of cleaning up the grout. My tiles look brand new! Thank you!

I had to have my carpets cleaned because I was moving out of my apartment. Your employee did an absolutely amazing job, when I checked the carpets a few days later with a UV light it was absolutely spotless! I was able to hand in the keys to the leasing office with nothing to worry about at all.
I also had a great conversation about the job in general. Just loved the experience. Stress free, easy, fast but thorough.

I have had carpets cleaned in the past with you, and just had leather couch cleaned. Both technicians were prompt, pleasant, and did a great job. We had Jacob Stern this time. He explained what he was going to do, had me look after he started to be sure I was happy with it. When he was done h we had me make sure it was at least what I was expecting. He did an excellent job, and would recommend your company and Jacob!
