Your customer service is awesome and our Tech was amazing. We have had him before and so glad it was him again. He's very detailed and thorough. Very pleased with his work.

I like the fact after the carpet dries; it doesn't have a crusty or stiff feel to it.
This was the first time I used Zerorez to clean the tile floor in my kitchen. Looked like brand new when the representative was done cleaning the floor. The tile floor had never been cleaned professionally.
I was given one price and then had to pay more than double. Very misleading!

Your employee’s were fast. A little too fast. They did do what I asked but some details were missed. The living room carpet still has one dirt mark on it that they assured me would be gone after they cleaned.
Also Spencer charged me for the work which was more than I have ever paid in the past. We discussed the work prior to doing it, but I was surprised that the price was $199 when all was said and done.
I don’t think I got screwed it was just more than I expected.
Sometimes being thorough is more important than being fast. Tough to balance speed and being aware of the details. Just something for Spencer to improve on.

Service was very professional and knowledgeable, and carpets came out extremely clean.
No soap used in cleaning carpets and rugs. In the past, have found that it's next to impossible to remove cleaning products, which results in residue that attracts dirt. Have been using Zerorez for years now. Couldn't be happier with this service.

Take a little more time on dark areas of tile. Was happy overall but noticed kitchen and hallway grout was still dark
