Appreciated prompt and professional work
My brother had used your company for his carpets when he was moving. There were some serious stains and his carpet looked really good when the tech was done. I decided to use your service because of that. I have a rug doctor that I use every few months on my high-traffic areas; I don't use any soap, just water. They needed some professional attention. I dont feel like they are any cleaner than when I use the rug doctor; I understand that the high traffic areas are going to be tough; I guess I was just expecting a more dramatic change based on what I saw before.
Please note that the tech was one of the most polite, punctual young men I have met in a long time. When I asked if he could try to go over one of the areas again, he did not hesitate and did go over it again with a smile on his face. I think he was very, very willing to do his best to make sure I was satisfied. A very good employee.

Everything is fine. The technician was awesome. Very respectful and careful not to scratch up the walls and floorboards. The grout and floors are very clean. There just is two little spots that did not get cleaned very well. But it is OK I can probably just go over it with a brush and soap. Thank you.

Zona sent a contractor and a trainee who installed Roku box. It took them between 15 and 20 minutes then they left saying they had no knowledge of anything else with Zona or streaming. When I called to order the Service with Zona I was told someone would be at my home for about 2 hours to describe the whole process including streaming. I’m extremely disappointed in the way this was handled. Had I not already cancelled with Cox Cable I would have cancelled with Zona immediately. A big come on until you sign up then no follow through whatsoever.

Unfortunately it didn't fix the urine smell in my carpet. It wasn't becsuse of your service.
The is the second time I use the company. First time the service was awesome. Unfortunately this time it was very disappointing. It feels the service was rushed and the carpets don't look clean. The area that use less, it seems that it was never washed.
We spent over $1000 and we expected to see somewhat of a difference. We thought once the carpet dried we would but that was not the case. As for the granite in the kitchen island, it appears it was missed. No difference at all. Due to the holiday and guests arriving yesterday we were not able to address our concerns. For your future customers, I recommend you do a walk thru and set expectations of what your service will and will not address. Thank you for allowing us to provide feedback.
My grandson spilled a bottle of Gatorade that had purple food coloring added to it, on my light beige carpet. Javier, the ZeroRez tech spent an hour working on the stain and successfully removed it! I was very relieved!
Easy to schedule an appointment, the technician arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and friendly.

The more I thought about it the more I feel I was overcharged. Especially when I heard radio add from Zerorez for 3 room $138.00. My bill was $347.70. Area cleaned is not much bigger than 3 rooms!
I should have protested. Next time I will call around for estimates.
