I have been waiting for a week for a callback regarding my bill which, by the way never came by email and finally came by mail. And no one has called me back. I will be calling tomorrow to see if I can straighten this out. My bill needs to be better explained to me. Oh yes, I was told by someone in the office that they’re having issues with their email. Really?

Your technicians were very knowledgeable, and professional. I think they could have spent more time trying to get the stain out. It’s better, but I think they could have got it even better with more time to pre soak.
I can’t express my appreciation and gratitude for this company! They are so efficient in coming out and the technician Lage was beyond professional & so meticulous with cleaning my carpets. My carpet looks brand new and he was able to take out a huge stain! Hands down the best cleaning and carpet service I have ever had I hope I always get Lage as my technician. He took such pride in his work and left my carpets looking better than I could’ve imagined!
We have used many companies to clean our carpet. We even did it ourselves, and nothing compares to Zerorez. With other companies the dirty appearance comes back within a month. With Zerorez our carpet appearance stays looking like new.
