we use the water to wash tile floors all the time they come out great. and when we have you do our rugs they always come out great I like that thee is no chemicals in water so when floors are clean our 200 lb mastiff can walk around and not absorb chemical though his paw pads.... my grandkids play on the floor and we know they are clean an chemical free

Jeff does great job of cleaning our carpet and steaming the tile floors! He is always very careful with our home and leaves everything in perfect order. We appreciate that the carpet dries very quickly!

Good service and I liked that they called ahead of my scheduled appointment to let me know they could get to my home earlier than my original appointment time. Once they arrived, they were very professional and were willing to listen to my particular questions and were very thorough in letting me know what to expect. I added grout sealant to the tile cleaning because they explained the added benefit of that item which helps to keep the grout looking cleaner for a much longer period of time, which of course is a true benefit to me.
Overall, my experience was very positive as the carpeting and the tile both look great, and both are quite old. I'm very pleased and have already recommended ZeroRez to one of the people I work with. Thanks for the great service guys!

The technician was friendly, extremely thorough and explained the whole process. The product is as advertised. No chemical smells, no crusty carpets, just clean and looking like new.
Tech was friendly and knowledgeable
The up-sale attempt was around $700 for a little puppy urine in one room, totally unnecessary. Because I turned the up-sale down the technician quickly but not thoroughly finished 2 rooms and 2 30’ long hallways in under 15 mins. This made the final product less than satisfactory and with much to be desired. I went for this service because it was on the radio show I listen to, JJ and Rich and I’m honestly surprised they would promote a product this deficient in substance. I definitely expected more and I’m going to have to schedule another carpet clean because of the technician’s poor work ethic. Just regular dirt stains from trafficked areas didn’t change at all but I used my spot cleaning wet-vac to check if the soiled area would easily clean and it came right up. I’m very disappointed to say the least.
Your techs were so professional & friendly. I don't remember their names but one was first day on the job and so involved and sincere. Great personality and service. Like the carpet dried quick and with little smell even though I had pet stains.
