Carpets are fine. Couch a bit striped look. Thought it was wetter in spots but not so. Young person learning could do a better job.

Zerorez carpet cleaning technicians are prompt, efficient, courteous. I recently moved and the Zerorez technicians cleaned all the carpets and steam cleaned the ceramic tile floors. They did a fantastic job ! My carpeting and tile floors look like new!

Very pleased with Zerorez experience, from ease of making appointment (including cost estimate) to the professional job by the cleaning personnel. The difference in the appearance of our tile flooring before and after cleaning was amazing. And all done at a reasonable charge.

Customer service and cost
The service was great except there is a film left on the tile after cleaning. The carpets seem fine but i can see foot prints left where we walk on the tile throughout the entire home
