Very impressed with time frame and results
Very fast and thorough! Brought my carpets back to life without the crunch feeling!
Had carpets cleaned on Saturday the young man that came to our home was clean, dressed nicely and very friendly and professional. Did a great job will definitely use for future cleanings.
Rep came early, looked at carpets and asked about some of the stains, did a great job cleaning the carpets and explaining what was being done. Will be re-scheduling with them again.

Overpriced. He should have gone over the carpet 2 times. The amount i paid should have warranted more time spent, more rooms covered. Xerorez made 250$/hour for my job. You are not saving lives.

Great commutations regarding my appointment. Ramon arrived early. Did a wonderful job, was very pleasant and polite. The carpet dry fast and was soft, not crunchy. I will recommend Zerorez to everyone and use them again.

We love how amazing our carpets feel after! No harsh chemicals makes all the difference.
The technician tracked dirt all over my entry way and living room tile. He also dragged his hoses across my yard - pulling gravel onto my driveway and sidewalk. He left water all over my hallway tile. ...and he told me it would take 4-8 hours to dry (it took about 18). I understand that my room was too big for the "one room" price... but I wasn't blow away by my experience overall. Is my carpet clean? Yes? Do I think another company could do a better job? Definitely.
The technicians are polite and have worked with you company for at least a couple years, so not a big turn around with employees.
