Fast service and carpet looks great and smells clean.
The Zerorez Technician was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and punctual. He did a great job cleaning our bedroom carpet. I would highly recommend Zerorez to family and friends.
Cody is very personable and a hard worker, so our experience was great in that respect. But our carpeting is streaked now and it wasn't before. I had hoped the steaks would disappear when it dried fully, but they haven't. I recognize that this may be because the carpeting is old - and I'm sure Cody did the best he could - but I'd probably get it cleaned again right now if I didn't have to move everything out of the way again. Unfortunately, this experience makes me reluctant to use Zerorez again.

I like Zerorez because of they don't use harsh chemicals. Very environmentally safe and healthy. I like that the products don't leave a soapy smell or crunch carpet feel. Their staff has always been on time, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The technician, Cody was great. He explained everything, he was on time, courteous, professional and knew the product and services very well. I will definitely use Zerorez again and would recommend to others. Thank you.
Love zerorez. I did think the furniture cleaning was a overpriced as it didn't take very long to clean it (compared to the quote of 6 hours), and I wasn't sure if there was any moisterizer put on my leather, bec I forgot to ask. Not sure I would pay for that service again (it was over $500 and granted my furniture was old and the rep who came out did the best he could with my old stuff and was honest about it). I just think the pricing is out of line.
