Like everything.
It was easy to make an appointment. The people were on time. The people that cleaned the carpets were nice and helpful. The carpets were cleaned fast and they dried fast. I would use them again.
Cleans well, even though it stays wet longer than they tell you it will. The scotch guard is good. The people who come to do the cleaning are professional and nice and explain it all.
Easy to schedule, great results, good customer service from the tech who arrived on time.

The thing I liked most is that Caesar arrived on time, was courteous and efficient. He did an amazing job and I would use him again in the future.
What ever product zerorez used on my carpet it worked. My carpets are about 4 or 5 years old and they made them look new again. The service was excellent.

The technician was professional and courteous. There were a couple of high traffic spots he worked on and they came out really nice. My carpets feel and smell fantastic. I’m comfortable with my grandson learning to crawl on them!
I think the Zerorez company did an outstanding job cleaning my carpet. Stubborn stain was delt with and they stayed with it until it was gone. I would highly recommend them.

Product is great but your people are fantastic!
The job was quick, on time, and dried quickly. The young man was polite and listened to the problems that had occurred. He also explained that he could not take checks for payment before he started the job so that I could figure out how payment would be made.
I liked everything from making an appointment with phone staff to the technicians completing the work. I had service twice and will do so again. I had installed carpeting cleaned and runners. The runners were done on the driveway and they laid them to dry on the patio. Fabulous. I brought them in before dark.
Everyone was pleasant and professional.

My mom supervised the technician and she was not impressed with his carpet cleaning. She had to continue to ask the technician to keep cleaning certain areas of our carpet. He seemed like he was in a rush & he didn’t care. I paid $175 & we aren’t happy with the service. I won’t be using your company again.

Jessie was AMAZING! He came in assessed my spots - explained the process in an easy to understand manner. He was professional and friendly. Job was completed in under two hours and my dark spots are gone! Jessie is an asset to your company! Will definitely use again and recommend ZeroRez.
When making the reservation and getting a quote I told the Rep that we had cat urine problems. I was quoted how much a gallon of the solution you use and understood the pricing of each gallon. What was the major sticker shock is how little the gallon goes in cleaning the areas. Granted, I had many areas. I have a very naughty kitty. My complaint is that it would have been great to hear that the gallons don't go far and that we could need up to 20 gallons of solution. I think Dustin ended up using 15 gallons. That was a very expensive day for us and put us in a tight spot for the next few months to catch up. Knowing before hand and being able to budget (quoted approx $500 but ended up paying approx $2000!!). The big bummer too is that in the treated areas, the carpet is still crunchy (I was assured it wouldn't be like that). Dustin, however, spent the day with me diligently working and was a nice guy and took his time to do the job. I have no complaints with your crew. They were wonderful.
