My carpets and chairs look fabulous and are super soft!!!! I highly recommend this company for any carpet cleaning need. The products they use do NOT leave behind that crunchy carpet feel. It’s amazing!

My carpet cleaning specialist was great. His professionalism and attention to detail is a testament to Zerorez’s commitment to being the best. They are the only company we have used for the last 10 years. Our carpets always come out so clean!
The technician that came out was thorough and meticulous, taking great care to attend to every cat mark to ensure the best possible results and clean. We have never had such great results from a carpet cleaning, it was unexpected, and has definitely extended the life of our carpet.

When Jesus was done, it was hard to see the issues, but now, after it's dry, I see spots that were over-treated and have a ring where they were treated and others that didn't come out at all or were made bigger. Clean, quick, and courteous
Trevan, the technician, did a professional job our tile floor. We recently moved into our home and noticed a complete cleansing of the floor which makes the tile look practically new on a 26 year old home. The dirt and grime are gone and the house even smells cleaner.
We have two more rooms to be cleaned and will request that only Trevan be assigned to our home for the cleansing process. He is an outstanding representative of your company.

Second time requested Louis and received someone else. Also carpet still has the crunchy feel in bedroom where I had the spill issue which did not get removed. He also convinced us to get the protectant which does nothing more than normal clean in my opinion as stain set in immediately with barstool. Super frustrating!
I believe the name of the tech was Cody. He was vey nice, explained the process very well, and an over-all good experience.

We had our tile and grout cleaned. Zerorez technician was on time, polite and did an excellent job. We have used the in the past for carpets and will continue to use them.
D’Angelo was so professional, friendly and courteous. He explained everything he was doing as well as the benefits of the treatments he offered. I felt completely informed and did not feel pressured at all. On top of that he took the time to do the job right and complete. I didnt feel like he was rushing to get the job done. He made sure I was happy with the work before he left. I didn’t think the stains would ever come out. That was a couple days ago. Today, stains are STILL gone, carpet looks great!
