Got the spots out!
The carpets look nice. The price quoted turned out to be wrong because it was extra for the master closet- that's fine because it's good-sized- but maybe that should be a question when setting up service.
From start to finish you did a fabulous job in communication, flexibility and quality work. The office staff was friendly and helpful, the estimator listened to concerns and the person who came to clean was efficient, thorough, and communicated with me from start to finish. Everything looks great. We would definitely use your company again!

Stains are still on my carpet, they were extremely wet for up to six hours. Not as advertised. Paid 170.00 for less than 20 mins of the technician actually cleaning the carpets. Could have had the same results with another carpet contractor and paid less.
