Your service Tec was very good and honest. He gave us great options. And told us that the tile did not need to be clean. he took his time and was very profesional.

Technician, Andrew, was excellent...very professional and worked hard to clean the carpets...and the carpets were extremely dirty with many spots...when Andrew was done, all of the spots were gone and the carpets looked and smelled fresh again.

Amazing results! Carpets are clean, tile grout white as when it was me over ten years ago, the dining room chairs look like new and after many children visiting and they looked more like reupholstering was the only option. I have recommended Zerorez to many coworkers and will continue to do so!
I love the idea that Zerorez doesnt use chemicals or soap so my carpet doesnt have a residue left on it.
So today I had my carpets cleaned by a company called Zerorez. To say that I was satisfied is an understatement. They were courteous over the phone during my initial call, were able to come out when I wanted them to, told me they would call me 2 days prior to my appointment to confirm and again 15 mins before the tech was about to arrive to complete the work and they did. The tech was professional, thorough and didn't try to sell me all kinds of stuff I didn't need. If you need your carpets or tile and grout cleaned I highly recommend them. Phone number removed
