Professional work. The technician made sure she covered the hall corners to protected them from the equipment.She was Courteous. Zerorez provided a thorough job and my husband was pleased she ran the hot water line across the walkway instead of over our front lawn.

Tech was *almost* late. He had 2 more minutes before the window was up. While I understand windows exist for a reason, this was kind of annoying. Service was good though. I used another, cheaper company at my old house to save money on a lease-required shampoo and I was much happier with the work Zerorez did than the other company. Will definitely use you guys again in the future.

The work was very good. I just thought the pricing for stairs and for my front entry rug was excessive. $60 for a 5x7 rug was a lot of $$.

The two largest stains on our couch were not removed and it wasn't indicated upon inspection that was a probability. For having to pay such a costly fee and it taking only an hour I feel a discount should have been given.

His knowledge of the product and the company is impressive. His associate, Eddie, is polite and respectful and excellent at his job as well. They make a great team. If the cleaning shows to be as good as them, I will be a loyal customer.
