I had the entire house carpets & tile & furniture done and that was accomplished in approx 3-4 hours--amazing. The technician was both professional and friendly. All services received were as promised. The carpet/upholstery did stay damp longer than I expected, but nothing excessive--I'm extremely pleased
Amazing is all I can say! I never thought the carpet would actually come Clean and it did! The associate did an excellent job and was a pleasure to have in our home. This is important as bringing workers into a private residence can be ununeasy at times.
He was courtes, friendly and knew his product which gave us more hope that it just might work.
His name was Zach and we give him great kudos for being a real nice fella to be a round. Polite too, I might add :)
I may have to call back for more cleaning and the remodel crew got it kinda dirty.

It turned out really well and Steve did a great job for us!
The service rep really sold me on the fact that he could get the cat and dog urine smell out of the carpet. He was so convincing that I opted not to replace the carpet. The treatment was done on Thursday and it is now Sunday and the house smells worse than it did when he started his treatment. He put a blower in the room where the dog smell was coming from and the carpet is now dry. He did NOT put a blower in the main problem room where the cat smell was and the carpet is still damp. The rep was supposed to call me after the treatment and I never heard anything back. I also called customer service and was supposed to receive a call from you customer relations support team and I never heard back. At this point, I am going to dispute the charge to my credit card because there is no way I should be charged prior to the service being complete. Once this matter is taken care off you may charge my credit card accordingly.
You're service was superior and my time looked amazing!! You're tech was very informative and made great recommendations that I really appreciated!!
Your service tech, David, did an excellent job, but I was a little disappointed that the heavy traffic areas did not come out as good as I had expected. I did like the fact that there weren't any chemical odors. I know the weather was not in my favor, but the carpets this afternoon are still a little damp and I will wait till tomorrow to move back the furniture.
From the phone call to the day of the appointment Zerorez was on top of it!! Called before arrival like they said they would. The Technician was very professional and was in and out in 1 hour also like he said he would. My carpet turned out better than I hoped it would!! I will definitely use them again in the future and have already recommended them to friends and co-workers!!

Got an appt right away, when needed. Zerorrez was very informative, told me everything I needed to know, then sent me an email confirming everything they told me. The guy that cleaned carpets was very good, too. He did a great job, was courteous, respectful and efficient.
The results - clean carpets and tile.

I have been extremely happy with your service every time I've used you, up until this last appointment. On this last appointment, I was very disappointed with the results. The fellow who came to clean was on time and was nice, but there were some big problems with the service. First, although you have successfully cleaned my non-carpeted floor areas in the past, when he arrived he first claimed that my floor type could not be cleaned and I must be mistaken about them being done previously. Then he called someone back at the office, and said ok he would do them. All he did was spray a little fluid on them and wipe that up, though, and the floors looked NO DIFFERENT afterwards. I had to call the office and ask to have him come back to re-do them, and he did the same poor job on them the second time. As to the carpet, they looked okay but not at all as clean as you have done them in the past and they looked dirty the next day when they were fully dry. I am torn about using you again. I have been SO pleased previously, but I would never want that same fellow coming back to clean my carpets/floors.
Try to extract more of the water from carpet. It stayed wet a long time.

Had problems when setting-up the appointment. When I first spoke with scheduler stated I needed an afternoon time. Two days before the appointment was given a window of 8:00 am - 10:00 am. They made a change and gave me a 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm window. The technician showed-up at the house at 9:45 am and left because no one was home. Had to call and reschedule, but they came out the same day at 2:30 pm.
The people you send out to do the job are very good and also friendly .
I like that there's no soaps detergents and chemicals that attract dirt. Your technicians always do a great job, are professional and knowledgeable. My carpets and tile look wonderful. thank you.

I kept hearing about Zerorez from Ben and Matt on the radio and I was
having a surprise 60th for my Husband so I tried you! Adam was great and
really did a terrific job with my carpets. When I can I am going to have him
come back and do my travertine and sofa! You do it all!
