The technition Keith was very professional and did an excellent job!
Zerorez arrived on time and the technician got right to work. It took about an hour to do the three rooms I have and I like the fact that there is hardly any odor and the floors dry fast and look great. Good Work.

The carpets are extremely clean and absolutely no residue. They dry quicker than regular carpet cleaning companies methods and there is no residue or slightly greasy feel to the carpets. Have been using them for years over in California. So glad to see them here in Arizona.
The lack of strong odor during the cleaning and the customer service from the phone call to the carpet tech. The tech took the time to educate me about the carpet, the process and what I could expect. All were great!
On time and had good results
The empowered water is great. I use it all the time on my tile floors and even used it on my upholstered dining room chair seats that were spotted-took out the spots and left no water marks on the fabric. Service is always top notch when I have my carpets cleaned and carpets look great afterwards.

All personnel were very courteous and helpful. My carpets and tile look beautiful. Luis, our technician, was helpful to explain all processes and he was very careful while working.

I will never accept a 5pm appointment again. The carpets were given a "once over" and it took 24 hours to dry. Even in this cool weather, I thought that too long. Also, two very small spots (the only two spots in the entire house) are still visible. and Why can no carpet cleaners take care of the perimeter?
James was great. The pet smell is now worse than ever, it hits you in the face walking in the door or up the hall way or into the dining room. For $400 I expected more. I have purchased a carpet cleaner and am hot water rinsing the areas that don't pass the smell test... what a waste of hard earned money --- First name removed in Scottsdale

The carpet and mattress were beautiful, however, I was quoted a price on the phone that was not the amount I was charged. I do not do business with dishonest people and I will tell everyone I know not to use your service. Do not plan on being in business very long if that is the way you will conduct your business.

Worked well, ease of scheduling
Carpet and upholstery cleaning is done very well. I had a couch/loveseat cleaned and the cleaning was very thorough-much more thorough than you did last year for same furniture. Some companies claim to be able to remove pet stains/red stains on carpet and your radio adds also talk about it. Unfortunately your products are not able to do that well on these types of problems. Also, it would be nice if you had something to leave with customer for DIY spot cleaning for those small problems that come up right after the carpet has been cleaned. I've also heard your radio ads refer to this.
